Zaporizhzhia Abrasive Plant offers a unique solution for mastic manufacturers – a finely dispersed dust-like material for electro filters for gas cleaning of smelting electrocorundum. This material has several advantages that will provide significant savings and improve the quality of your products.

Advantages of our material:

1. Low cost: Powdered electrocorundum material costs only 250 hryvnias per ton, making it the cheapest of similar fillers. For comparison, the cost of 1 ton of lime mineral powder is 2,000 hryvnias and above, which is eight times more expensive.

2. High availability: In our warehouse, 300 tons of material, packed in big bags of 300-350 kg, are ready for shipment. We are also ready to supply up to 70 tons per month, and from September, the volume can increase to 140 tons due to the commissioning of an additional furnace.

3. Improved product characteristics: Our dust-like material significantly improves the heat resistance of mastics. The coating structure with our material is preserved even at high temperatures, which is especially important in the conditions of modern climate changes.

Scope of application

Dust-like material can effectively replace any finely dispersed filler used in mastic production, including limestone, dolomite, brick, and other mineral powders. It is also suitable for the production of seamless waterproof coatings used in the construction and repair of roofs, foundations, bridges, and tunnels, as well as for waterproofing and vapour insulation.

We provide a complete package of documents, including a chemical analysis of the material and recommendations for its use, prepared by the Lviv Polytechnic National University. If necessary, our partners can receive a detailed report and consultations to develop optimal formulations of mastics.
