On March 21, Zaporizhabrasive was pleased to receive a delegation from its partner trading company, AV Metal Group. This visit was an important step in strengthening cooperation and demonstrating the plant’s openness to its partners.

AV Metal Group managers visited various areas of abrasive tool production to gain a deeper understanding of the processes behind the quality of the products they offer their customers.

As our guests noted, when selling abrasive wheels, they would like to understand how these products are manufactured in order to provide customers with the most complete answers to their numerous questions.

During the tour, our partners were able to see the area of ​​cutting glass discs, preparing the molding mixture, forming and baking cutting wheels, as well as the technical control area and the testing area, and ask their questions to the head of the product quality center Natalia Bezshtanko and the head of the production of cutting wheels and grinding skins Andriy Mykhailichenko. In addition, the guests were able to see the operation of the restored furnace for melting normal electrocorundum, which is used to manufacture abrasive tools.

The company “AV Metal Group” actively collects feedback from consumers, which allows it to monitor product quality and improve sales. Now distributors have started to receive feedback on the wheels of our SMART line. And there are already users who have expressed their delight with this new product. The company expects to receive more wheels from ZAK for testing in order to collect more opinions and impressions from consumers and share these feedback with the plant.
