“Zaporizhabrasive” actively supports the development of the youth of the Zaporizhzhia region, helping them develop business ambitions, gain new knowledge and master the tools to build a successful career in the field of entrepreneurship.

The forum brought together leading employers in the region, experienced entrepreneurs and students looking for internship or first job opportunities.

Main highlights of the event:

• Panel discussions. This year, participants discussed the challenges and opportunities for business in 2025. One of the key topics was digitalization and automation of processes.
• Educational component. Particular attention was paid to the importance of higher education and practical skills. Participants also learned how to obtain grant support for business development.
• Practical platforms. Company representatives offered students internships, open vacancies and useful advice on developing professional skills.

The cooperation of such powerful enterprises as Zaporizhzhia Abrasive Plant with young people helps to strengthen the professional environment in the region and develop talents.
