Zaporizhzhia Abrasive Plant continues to develop its product portfolio and introduces a new range of small-sized grinding tools with diameters from 50 to 100 mm, designed for high-precision industrial applications.

The new product line is aimed at companies in the mechanical engineering, tool manufacturing, and bearing industries, as well as foundries and production facilities requiring post-casting processing operations.

The range includes tools with various specifications, allowing flexible adaptation to specific technological requirements:

• Diameters: 50, 63, 80, 100 mm
• Height: 6–50 mm
• Abrasive materials: 14A (brown fused alumina), 25A (white fused alumina), 54C (black silicon carbide), 64C (green silicon carbide)
• Grit size: F22 – F120
• Hardness: J–R
• Bond: V (vitrified), B (resinoid)

Key application areas include:

• internal grinding operations;
• tool manufacturing;
• bearing production;
• casting finishing in foundries;
• use with straight grinders.

Thanks to a wide range of specifications, the tools ensure consistent performance, high precision, and efficiency when working with various materials and surface types.
