Dear colleagues and friends!

Today, we celebrate not only International Women’s Day but also the grand anniversary – 85 years of our Zaporizhzhia Abrasive Plant. It is a celebration of spring, hope and indomitable spirit, which marks a double recognition of our joint work and dedication.

First of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to each of you for your significant contribution to the development and prosperity of our plant. Your work, your tireless pursuit of perfection, your dedication to work – this is the foundation of our success today.

I want to express special thanks to our women – tireless, courageous, talented, who prove every day that there are no limits to female strength, wisdom and work capacity. Your work, your ability to find a way out of the most challenging situations, and your love and care make our production not only efficient but also soulful, filled with warmth and light. The women of our plant are not only dedicated workers but also mothers, wives, and daughters who prove every day that real strength is the strength of spirit and love. In these difficult times, when our country is going through the trials of war, your steadfastness, your steadfast belief in victory and your indomitable spirit are an example of courage and indomitability to us all. Your contribution to the support of not only our plant but also our country as a whole cannot be overestimated.

Today, we are not just celebrating the anniversary of our company and honouring the great holiday of our women; we are celebrating our shared history, our shared struggle and our shared victory. We are proud of every day spent together, every goal achieved, every challenge we managed to overcome, side by side, uniting for a common cause.

Let this day be, for all of us, a symbol of indomitability and dedication to the cause, a symbol of our faith in the bright future of our plant, our community and our great Ukraine.
