Dear colleagues!

The year 2023 is ending, so it’s time to sum up the past year and determine development guidelines for the coming year.
Our most outstanding joint achievement lies not in complex numbers or lofty sentences but in just two words: we work.

Indeed, on the one hand, this is a common fact, but on the other, it is a worthy response to all the challenges of today, from a full-scale war to a trade blockade.
So, 2023 was a year of numerous endurance tests. Still, we managed and noticed this result: our team was awarded the national certificate “Enterprise of the Year” among producers of inorganic chemicals in Ukraine. He emphasizes that this is an award for every employee without exception, from the spreader and molder to the engineer or plant management manager.

Now, briefly about the top 5 changes in the past year. First of all, the Government of Ukraine recognized our enterprise as strategically crucial in martial law conditions, which made it possible to reserve conscripted specialists. Secondly, we managed to reach a moderate but stable level of sales of our products. Here it is appropriate to note that the number of our customers has at least doubled, including due to the opening of new international markets. Thirdly, we solved the problem with debts for released products. At the beginning of the year, our company’s clients owed more than 130 million hryvnias, and currently only 5 million hryvnias. Fourthly, we not only purchased new equipment but also began overhauling existing machines. Fifth, in 2023, the average wages in production increased by 16%.

In addition to a moderate wage increase, as far as possible, the administration managed to organize the transportation of employees, open the health insurance option, provide work clothes, create a mass cultural program, and implement other measures. Of course, it is impossible to provide adequate comfort in a short period and rather tricky conditions, but we invest respect, light, and kindness in every decision.

In general, the results listed above are primarily based on mutual understanding and a transparent organizational system of enterprise management.
Our transformation continues. 2024 is no less complicated, but it will be held under the motto: Zaporizhabrazive is a reliable manufacturer and the best employer. I can’t say it will be easy, but we will undoubtedly return what was lost and lay the basis for future growth, particularly wages and social guarantees.
