In August, Ukraine celebrates two important holidays – National Flag Day on August 23 and Independence Day on August 24. Ahead of these dates, with the support of the Supervisory Board Chairman Maksym Bielawski and the plant’s management, the trade union organized the purchase of food packages for veterans and retired pensioners.
More than 600 people are registered with the Veterans’ Council, but this time 100 individuals received assistance – primarily those who are lonely, low-income, ill, or bedridden. On August 13, veterans gathered at plant, where they had the opportunity to reconnect with former colleagues, share their stories, and catch up on news.
Chairwoman of the trade union, Valentyna Malyukina, warmly congratulated the veterans on the upcoming holidays, wishing them good health and peace. She emphasized that, despite the current challenges, this event was made possible thanks to the support of the plant’s leadership.
The veterans were deeply moved, expressing gratitude for the care and attention, and wished the enterprise further resilience and development.
