The Supervisory Board of  “Zaporizhabrasive” PrJSC has appointed Oleksandr Kozeratskyi as the acting Chairman of the Board. Prior to this, from August 1, 2023, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board – Operations Director of the Plant Administration.

Commenting on the appointment, Oleksandr Kozeratskyi outlined the key priorities of the enterprise: “Our main duty is to ensure the stability and continuity of production in conditions of martial law and energy challenges. We will strengthen risk management and guarantee the rhythm of the plant’s work.” He also emphasized the importance of process optimization and digitalization: “Increasing management efficiency, developing analytics and controlling costs is the basis of competitiveness.”

Among the strategic areas of development, he highlighted work on foreign markets: “Our task is to strengthen our presence in the EU, expand new markets in the USA, Ireland and Israel, as well as maintain stable cooperation with honest partners in Georgia and Azerbaijan.” He also emphasized the role of investments in production: “We will continue modernization, certification programs and development of our own technologies – quality must remain our key asset.”

Speaking about the team, he noted: “The strength of the plant is in our people. We will support professionalism, unity and development of new management personnel.” Kozeratsky also emphasized the importance of social responsibility: “Zaporizhabrasive will continue to support employees, the Zaporizhzhia community, the restoration of the country’s industrial infrastructure and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.”

Biographical information
Olexandr Serhiyovych Kozeratsky was born on October 14, 1991. In 2012, he graduated from the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, receiving a bachelor’s degree in instrument making.

Professional experience
In 2013–2015, he worked as a procurement manager, as well as a repair and service manager in a private company in Kyiv. In 2016–2018, he held managerial positions in commercial departments of private enterprises. From 2018 until his transfer to PrJSC “Zaporizhabrasive” he worked as a key client manager at PrJSC “Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill”.
