As part of its production modernization program, Zaporizhzhia Abrasive Plant has commissioned a new automated press from DAVIDE MATERNINI S.P.A — a leading European manufacturer of equipment for the abrasive industry.
The new press enables the production of dual-layer grinding wheels with diameters of 115–125 mm (profiles 1 and 27). These tools combine aggressive stock removal with high-quality surface finishing and meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and durability.

With this upgrade, monthly production volumes are expected to increase by over 100,000 units, allowing the plant to respond more flexibly to market demands and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Our specialists have completed on-site training at the manufacturer’s facility in Italy. The knowledge gained is already being applied to optimize production processes.
