Starting from May 1, Kuhmichel will become the exclusive supplier of brown fused aluminium oxide (BFAO) produced by Zaporizhzhia Abrasive Plant to the Scandinavian market. This strategic partnership marks an important milestone in expanding the presence of high-quality Ukrainian industrial products across Northern Europe.

Under the agreement, Kuhmichel will exclusively represent and distribute brown fused aluminium oxide manufactured by “Zaporizhabrasive”, ensuring reliable supply channels, consistent product quality, and strengthened customer support throughout the region.

Oleksandr Kozeratskyi, Chairman of the Board of “Zaporizhabrasive”, commented:

Over the last two years, “Zaporizhabrasive” increased exports to EU countries by 25%. With the launch of additional production lines planned for 2026-2027, the company expects to raise annual exports of BFAO to the EU to 70,000-75,000 tons, meeting growing European demand following trade restrictions on Chinese products.
