ZAP Successfully Passes ISO 9001:2015 Compliance Audit

“Zaporizhabrasive” successfully passed the second surveillance audit, confirming that the company’s Quality Management System complies with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.

“The audit confirmed that we have all the necessary control points in place — both in production processes and in customer interaction and claims handling. We care about product quality, customer satisfaction, and we run our business transparently and responsibly,” the company’s press service noted.

In 2023, the plant passed the certification audit of its Quality Management System and received the ISO 9001:2015 certificate. The document is valid for three years, so the next recertification is expected in 2026. During this period, the company undergoes annual surveillance audits that confirm compliance with all requirements of the standard.

This year, the audit involved the Quality Management, Standardization and Certification Department; the General Technical Control Office; the Instrument Division; the Department of Foreign Economic Relations; the Material Supply Office; the central laboratory; the Chief Metrologist’s Office; the Production Management Department; the Economics Department; Shop No. 2; Section No. 29 of Shop No. 10; as well as the Chairman of the Board. Additionally, the auditor reviewed the HR department.

At the final meeting, the auditor expressed admiration for the enterprise. He was particularly impressed by the coordinated work of the team, the prompt provision of documentation, and the well-reasoned answers to his questions.

“This demonstrates the systematic nature of all processes, as well as the stability and maturity of the plant’s Quality Management System,” the auditor emphasized during the concluding session.

The successful audit was officially confirmed by the auditor’s final report.
