Zaporizhzhia Abrasive Plant offers fused alumina dust material — a high-quality product effectively used in road construction, building, and industrial applications.The use of fused alumina dust improves asphalt concrete characteristics by increasing strength, water resistance, and overall durability of road surfaces. The addition of fine abrasive particles enhances bitumen’s heat resistance, ensuring stability under temperature fluctuations. The material is also suitable for sealing compounds used in roads, bridges, and airfields, as well as in roofing and waterproofing mastics.

For specific technological applications, the EN 0.5–1.0 mm (F24) fraction serves as a technological layer for waterproofing membranes on bridge crossings or as an additional component in cement concretes for special structures. The material is classified as commercial product, not industrial waste. Current stock — approximately 700 tons, with a monthly output up to 100 tons (based on operation of two furnaces). Supplied in soft polypropylene containers for bulk materials or other packaging upon request. Shipment is available by road or rail from Zaporizhzhia-Live station. Each batch is accompanied by a certificate of quality.
