On April 2, Zaporizhzhia Abrasive Plant held a meeting with senior students of the Metallurgical College of the Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy. The event was a great opportunity for future specialists to get acquainted with one of the leading enterprises in the region and learn about career opportunities.

The head of the abrasive products quality center, Natalia Bezshtanko, spoke to the students. She spoke in detail about the activities of PrJSC “Zaporizhabraziv”, presented the main areas of the enterprise’s work and production features. The addition of presentation slides helped the participants better understand the specifics of the plant’s products and processes.

The students actively asked questions, which Natalia Bezshtanko willingly answered, providing thorough and comprehensive answers. Information booklets with a detailed description of the company and its capabilities were also distributed to the participants of the meeting.

During the event, the prospects for further cooperation with the college were also discussed. In particular, an excursion to the plant was initiated, which will allow students to see production processes with their own eyes and experience the working atmosphere of the enterprise.

Such meetings contribute to the establishment of ties between education and industry, help students make an informed decision about choosing a future profession, and motivate them to develop a career in Ukrainian industry.
