On the occasion of the 85th anniversary of the Zaporizhia Abrasive Plant, the enterprise organised and held a children’s drawing competition, “Life of the Plant in 2124”. This event became an essential part of our strategy to support the development of children’s creativity, especially among the children of the company’s employees.

The purpose of the competition was not only to celebrate the company’s anniversary but also to stimulate children’s creative thinking and imagination. The theme of the drawings, “How do you see the Zaporizhzhya plant 100 years later?” allowed young artists to freely express their dreams and visions of the future of the enterprise. The brightest dreamers are children; they are not limited in their creative possibilities and are not obliged to be pragmatic and rational, which makes the competition particularly exciting.

The children of the company’s employees aged from 5 to 14 took part in the competition. Participants were divided into two categories:

I category (children 5-9 years old)

– 1st place: Sofiya Sinetska, eight years old

– 2nd place: Yehor Milchevskyi, nine years old

– 2nd place: Herman Novosiltsev, nine years old

– 3rd place: Mykola Storozhenko, eight years old

II category (children 10-14 years old)

– 1st place: Valery Koshova, 12 years old

– 2nd place: Eliseev Denys, 13 years old

– 3rd place: Belsky Maksym, 11 years old

Separately, Slobodian Mark, eight years old, was awarded the “Sincere Feelings” nomination and received a Lego “Tuning-Atelier” constructor.

All winners were awarded diplomas and gifts, including sets for weaving, making charm bracelets, and designing. The rest of the contestants received incentive prizes, which included drawing albums, 36-color pencils, gift bags, and certificates.

Supporting children’s creativity is an integral part of our corporate culture. We believe that by stimulating children’s imagination, we help them develop creative thinking and self-confidence. This not only makes our children happier but also helps shape new generations capable of innovating and creating the future.
