Zaporizhzhia Abrasive Plant, a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of abrasive materials, has increased its rating in the 2023 supplier rating of the international company TYROLIT.

TYROLIT, a recognised leader in producing grinding, cutting, drilling and routing tools, has released its annual evaluation of ZAK as a supplier. According to the classification of suppliers, the company confirmed the “B” rating, receiving 84 points. For comparison, this indicator was 83 points in 2022 and 76 points in 2021.

“Unfortunately, one point was not enough to be in the category of class “A” suppliers, which are given maximum priority in procurement. Despite this, the rating level “B” indicates that the company fulfilled all the customer’s requirements. Some identified problems show room for improvement, so we will focus our efforts on solving them,” the company said.

TYROLIT was recognised for its efforts to improve customer service. Timely confirmation of orders, active communication regarding changes in delivery dates, and quick response to customer questions made it possible to increase customer satisfaction to the highest possible level.

Although the assessment of the “Price” indicator decreased compared to the previous year, this indicates a more practical approach to pricing. JSC focuses on providing competitive prices that correspond to the quality of its products.
