“Zaporizhabrasive” approved a new policy aimed at preventing and countering collaborative activities and assistance to the aggressor state. This initiative became necessary in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the desire to prevent any attempt at cooperation that could harm the country’s national interests.

The policy thoroughly monitors and verifies counterparties according to available public information sources. In addition, the contracts contain conditions that prohibit collaborative activities and assistance to the aggressor state, as well as provide for liability for violations of such obligations.

The main risk is a possible violation by the counterparties of the terms of the contracts regarding the prevention of the products of “Zaporizhabrasive” from entering the territory of Belarus and the Russian Federation.

The company will not continue and terminate cooperation with counterparties or partners if their information or information about their ultimate owners is included in sanctions lists, including those of the European Union and the United States.

In case of detection of violations, the person who detected them immediately informs the law enforcement authorities.
